Styrene Butadiene Rubber SBR

(Styrene Butadiene Copolymer) Copolymer Of Butadiene And Styrene. Compared With Natural Rubber, It Has Better Quality, Less Foreign Body, Better Wear Resistance And Aging Resistance, But It Is Weak In Mechanical Strength And Can Be Used With Natural Rubber. The General Use Temperature Range Is -25~150 c. Advantages: Better Abrasion Resistance, Better Resistance To Corrosion, Tensile, Tear And Compression Than Butadiene Gum.

It Has Good Resistance To Ozone And Other Atmospheric Conditions And Is Generally Suitable For Washing Or Washing Dishes. Disadvantages: It Is Not Recommended For Use In Alcohols, Esters Or Aromatic Solutions For Hollow Modulating The Cold Industry, Widely Used In Environmental Protection Refrigerant r134a System Seals.

It Is Used To Make Oil Tanks, Lubricating Oil Tanks And Rubber Parts Used In Fluid Medium Such As Oil, Gasoline, Water, Silicone Oil, Two Ester Lubricating Oil, Especially Sealing Parts. It Is Said To Be The Most Widely Used And Lowest Cost Rubber Seal.

Chloroprene Rubber CR

(Neoprene, Polychloroprene) Polymerized By Chloroprene Monomer.  After Vulcanization, The Rubber Has Good Elastic And Wear-Resistance, Not Afraid Of Direct Exposure To Sunlight, Especially Good Weather Resistance, Not Afraid Of Intense Distortion, Not Afraid Of Refrigerant, Dilute Acid, Silicone Ester Resistant Lubricating Oil, But Not Resistant To Phosphate Ester Hydraulic Oil. It Is Easy To Crystallize And Harden At Low Temperature, And Has Poor Storage Stability. It Has Large Expansion In Mineral Oil With Low Aniline Point. The General Use Temperature Range Is -50~150 c. Advantages: Good Elasticity And Good Compression Deformation. The Formula Contains No Sulphur, So It Is Very Easy To Make. The Characteristics Of Animal And Vegetable Oils Are Not Affected By Neutral Chemicals, Fats, Oils, Oils, Solvents, And Flame Retardant Properties.

Disadvantages: It Is Not Recommended To Use Strong Acid, Nitro, Esters, Chloroform And Ketones To Resist r12 Refrigerant Seals, Rubber Parts Or Seals On Household Appliances.
